"I was astonished with my previous insurance company and the rates I was paying. After shopping for some quotes, I was so lucky I came across Jill and Lauren at State Farm. Not only did they get me a significantly cheaper quote than anyone else I found, but I also ended up going with their life insurance policy. This was a very easy and smooth transition to this insurance company that I would highly recommend anyone to consider and give a call to, just to see what they can offer. 5 stars isn’t enough stars !!"

"We recently consolidated insurance (car & home) with the help of Christian Oropeza at Jill Cash's office. In a word, he was fantastic. He explained everything, and true to his word, saved us over $700/year by combining with our prior auto insurance company. We have since followed up by adding another car, and that too was a seamless process. I cannot recommend more highly that office, and in particular, Christian! Update: 2/13/2025 We have had the pleasure of working with Laura Lannon at Jill Cash's office for over a year and can't praise enough her attentiveness, competence and caring for our needs. "I have been with State Farm for a number of years and am extremely satisfied with the service I have received whenever I need assistance. Laura, at the Pleasanton office, is THE BEST! I recently was involved in an automobile accident, happily no one was hurt, but unfortunately my car was deemed a total loss! (Also happily it was not my fault!). Laura was with me every step of the way and guided me expertly through the process of filing a claim which ultimately resulted in receiving financial compensation for the loss of my vehicle. She was always available ~ either by text or phone ~ and she always has professional and ready answers. She really know her stuff. Best of all, she is friendly and reassuring. Having finally purchased a replacement vehicle, she once again was at the ready and immediately issued a binder and other documentation necessary until final paperwork, etc., comes from the Department of Motor vehicles. I have the utmost confidence in Laura and State Farm. Thank you, Laura!"

"My 25 year old truck's engine finally died, and I donated it to a charitable organization. They towed it away on MLK day, so I left a message on my State Farm Agent, Jill Cash's, office phone VM. The next day after the holiday, I received a follow-up email from Laura in the office stating they canceled my policy as of MLK day. I've been with State Farm - Jill Cash, for over 20 years with various Home, Auto, Life, RV and Boat policies, and have always received great timely service on all my insurance needs."

"I recently filled out a form on the State Farm website for an auto insurance quote. After completing all the required information, I was informed that I couldn't receive an online quote and was referred to a local agent. Maria from Jill's office reached out to me via phone. I missed her call but received a voicemail offering assistance with auto insurance. I called her back and disclosed upfront that I have a DUI on my record before she ran any checks. She immediately informed me that State Farm could not provide insurance for the next 10 years, which I understood. However, when I asked if there was any advice or alternative she could provide—since this is my first time in such a situation, and I’ve had other insurers decline coverage—her response was shocking. She said, “You deserve this for being selfish and driving under the influence, and you shouldn’t get insurance.” I was stunned by her comment. While I understand that actions have consequences, this level of unprofessionalism and judgment is unacceptable, especially from a business representative. She could have simply said, “No, we cannot assist you,” without adding such a condescending remark. For context: I had a non-fault accident earlier this year in a parking lot where my car was rear-ended. In a moment of panic, I accidentally accelerated. Unfortunately, I had consumed two beers an hour prior, and a breathalyzer test led to a wet reckless charge. Though DMV records it as a DUI with a 3-month suspension, I’ve learned from this and am working to move forward responsibly. Maria’s tone and comments were unnecessary, and they added insult to an already difficult situation. I’m sharing this review to highlight the importance of treating potential clients with respect, even when their circumstances are complicated. Everyone deserves to be spoken to in a professional manner, regardless of their past mistakes. MY SUGGESTION TO POTENTIAL CLIENTS AND EXISTING CLIENTS TO TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION OF THE ABOVE INCIDENT ESPECIALLY WITH MARIA."

In the year I have worked with Mariah, she has always referred prospects to insurance brokers that have many more options for placing coverage. I have never heard her utter a harsh word to anyone.
